What's our shipping policy?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping under the following conditions:

  • Global: Free shipping on orders over $69

Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

  • For ordres under $69, we will charge US$20 for world-wide shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery within 15 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Delivery Restrictions

Due to limitations from our courier partners, we are unable to ship to the following regions.

If your shipping address is located in one of the restricted regions above, your order will not be able to be processed.

United States (US): Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Canada: Prince Edward Island.

Australia: Australian Capital Territory.

*New Zealand:

We can currently only ship to the following regions: Auckland, Gisborne, Nelson, Northland, Tasman, Wellington, West Coast.

What's our return & exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item with a different style or variant, you may return the original item and place a new order separately.

For returns that are not caused by product defects or mistakes on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.The return address will be provided via email once your return request is approved.

Eligibility:

  • unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • defective item, wrong product, or any issue caused by us, we will cover return shipping.
  • personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, dislike of color), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please note that we will charge 5% of the order amount for restocking fee on the return orders.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

What's our refund policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@mystmart.com. The return address will be confirmed based on the shipping warehouse. Please follow the return details sent to you via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
