Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
- unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange
Return Shipping Costs:
- defective item, wrong product, or any issue caused by us, we will cover return shipping.
- personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, dislike of color), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
